The art of change is not in the communication but in the ability to walk along with the person, organization and/or groups of people from one end to another. Gushing through the crowd, elbowing your way to the top is not what makes a lasting impact. Time passes and others will make it to the top. But once the foundations of the top will shake, those stuck there will find it hard to adjust to the other reality.

You might think that acknowledgment of such one-to-one work is essential. In my opinion, - it is not. If you see that the change happened, even though people do not link it to your efforts, - this is great. We are not here on this planet to leave artefacts, we are here to enjoy life and help others in its discovery.

These thoughts came to me while seing all the desperation of crowds of people to put their point across whithout too much listening to what others are saying. Bless the ignorant and ignorance.
