Observations of an Entrepreneur

• Being in a much lower-speed business environment, it takes an effort not to roll back into the local habits and even more effort to explain to the collegues why low productivity is not justifiable
• Delegating responsibilities comes with a responsibility for proper induction and creation of learning opportunities
• Bottomline is a bottomline, no matter how socially responsible it is
• It requires a lot of patience to work with the clients stemming from the NGO environment, - and ocasional harrassment to explain what a meaning of time is
• A difference between a company and an agency is that later lives from one project to another while the former has a business model behind
• In EU an entrepreneur develops his company, in Ukraine - the whole environment around, it takes a lot of patriotism not to desert to EU
• Job becomes a burden on life when there is no learning involved
